I ordered the ATK RS6 Ultra Sakura with TTC RGB magneto switches eight days ago. I received the keyboard and tested it, but I noticed that the U key doesn't work when I press it. However, when I press I, the U key also registers, and when I press H, the U key also registers at the same time. The Y key also slightly registers the U key. What should I do?
