Direct route means direct — not multiple stops! Booked Eltabina Express Bus through BusOnlineTicket.com expecting a direct service, but the bus stopped at Seremban, Yong Peng, and Skudai before reaching Larkin Sentral. A 4-hour journey became 6 hours! Please ensure accurate service descriptions — if it’s not truly direct, don’t advertise it as one. 👉 If this is what “direct” means, then I’d hate to see what an indirect service looks like!
