Great employees who are very helpful with orders Would be happier but shipping takes a long time, mainly on Whelen dropship items from Whelen, but still, takes way too long. Whelen is holding us up, not SNM. Whelen needs to step it up, quit hiding new products from consumers waiting to clear out old stock. If I’m going to spend a lot of money on a nice product, then the day its delivered learn a newer version is hitting the market, I’d rather be able to get the newer version since I’m waiting a few weeks any way.
