Serious issues with withdrawal — still unresolved after weeks
I have been a client of Kubera Markets for several months, and until recently, I trusted their team and operations. However, I am currently facing a serious issue with my account withdrawal, which has been pending for weeks without resolution. My account holds USD 99,492.40, and despite multiple requests and written communications with Norman (CEO) and my legal counsel, the funds have not yet been released. The company initially acknowledged the amount, but later mentioned a partial payment of only 20K, without any clear justification or timeline for the full settlement. In the meantime, access to trading has been restricted, and my capital remains frozen and exposed to market risk. This situation has caused significant personal and financial stress. I’ve provided Kubera every opportunity to resolve this amicably, even involving my lawyer in direct communication. Unfortunately, as of today, no full payment has been made. I’m posting this review to alert other investors and to encourage Kubera Markets to handle this matter transparently and professionally.
