***CAUTION***** After a few initial sessions, I redeemed 2600 SC. It was processed in 2 hours. That was 2 months ago. Recently, I won enough to redeem over 7500 SC. When I tried to redeem the daily max of 5000, I was told that there was an issue with the payment processor used in the redemptions which are pushed to a bank card. I modified my request for the same amount using a bank account that was verified. 6 days later, my request was still pending. While pending, redemptions can be cancelled. I cancelled my request ( which anyone can figure out what happens when you continue to play after canceling a redemption. I lost the entire balance rather quickly... Hmm. Then last week , I went out of state. I would find out later that the site is now restricted there. But initially , the first time I logged in there, I was able to access my account. I lost several hundred dollars that morning. Three days later when I attempted to make another purchase, my access was blocked. Thats when I found out the restriction in that state. So initially, I was able to access ( and lose of course) then 3 days later I was blocked. THE OPERATOR didnt even acknowledge when I said that I should never have been allowed to access my account at any point once I was there. Ive spoken with multiple jurisdictions and regulatory agencies who agree that restricting an account in a restricted area is the sole responsibility of the operator. Each violation of a cease and desist orders carries a $10000 fine. I will be in contact with the NJ State Justice Division.
