Unreliable color matching
The dresses appear to be of good quality but ordering the same fabric and same color in a different style dress WILL NOT necessarily match the other dresses. I contacted the company prior to ordering bridesmaids dresses and they GUARANTEED they would all match and they DID NOT. Needless to say I’m really mad because we didn’t find out until the day of my wedding, when we all got together to get dressed! I would not purchase from them because of this. update: JJsHouse has been asking for an order number, and referencing my email address to locate my order, but this was an order that one of my bridesmaids made. My bridesmaids all ordered tea length, navy, satin dresses and I called and JJsHouse guaranteed that the material of this specific dress (listed below) would color match all the other dresses that were satin and navy--I called because it doesn't look like the others on the website. The dress is this: Scoop Cap Sleeve A-line Satin Midi Dress for $59, in navy color, satin material.
