Very poor service and extremely bad service that I never seen, my parcel very time attempt failed even the with correct address. The delivery person is not contact the seller or make a call. Then leave delivery unsuccessfull with false picture. I just want to ask. what so hard why other delivery people can delivery but ninja van can't? Highly doubt that?. This is will be my fifth parcel ninja van can't able to deliver. I'm staying at the same address for years. I really don't know what to say. Don't keep lazy people for work.
