Staff try to panda and stay politically correct after admitting incompetence on their behalf, we were advised about booking audio and visual information and then when replying please do so as that will clear all the incompetence and inconvenience of their staff we are now being advised that the Audio is Inaudible so we are now waiting for police to attend and we do strongly recommend do not stay at this hotel as our dream weekend for the football grand final has been completely ruined and we feel as though we would have had more fun flushing our hard earned money down the toilet, once entering our penthouse motel we found several advertised things to be not as advertised and it’s like they ride off the coat tails of the casino itself, they have clearly lied to our face about several things that were confirmed by several staff all together in the same conversation and it’s another case of big corporations completely abusing their powers and a complete disregard for the customer paying the bills, this hotel is far overpriced and under staffed as we sit here in the foyer with a que of people shaking their heads in frustration waiting to enter their rooms and several customers having to be seated while I assume are waiting for other staff incompetence to be rectified, I have spoken personally with two other couples waiting for incompetence due to staff and third party errors and as I’m scrolling through the reviews it’s clearly obvious that it’s not the first time and about the only people leaving good reviews are people of high wealth and we all know they always receive special treatment compared to the average person just getting away for a vacation or event for something special so my final advice is DO NOT COME TO THE DORSETT IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH HASSLE FREE VACATION, again a big THUMBS DOWN COMPLETELY
