I was sent a double order and charged twice by mistake . A mistake made by Aspinal . I have since returned the unopened package over 2 weeks ago. They informed me they need 10 days to examine the returned item , they have confirmed I will be refunded but may it can take a further 10 days to see the amount in my bank . So in total they will have my money for nearly 4 weeks
