Unexplained shipping delays
I have placed many orders with CALECIM and until recently have never had an issue. I placed an order via their website on 9/28 and it was confirmed on 9/28. They are usually pretty quick about getting orders processed and shipped, but my most recent order has yet to ship. I have asked three separate times for them to advise on the shipping date and have not been given one. I would have ordered from another source had I known that it was going to take over 5 business days to simply process an order. In the future, you should consider waiting until you ship an order to charge the customer. Update- As of October 15th, I have not been able to get CALECIM customer service to advise on a shipping date, which they should have for an October 19th delivery. I have been communicating with them since October 4th and the only time I received any meaningful information was after I posted a public review. Dealing with their customer service personnel has been tedious. Getting a straight forward and transparent response is nearly impossible. Every private response is useless and vague. This has been an extremely disappointing experience and I will never order from CALECIM again.
