WARNING
WARNING: Extremely Unprofessional and Potentially Fraudulent Travel Agency I trusted this agency to arrange flights from India to Seattle for my wife and myself, only to discover a nightmare situation just days before travel. The agency booked flights with a connection through Canada, but never once mentioned that a Canadian transit visa would be required. As an international travel agency, this is basic knowledge they should have shared. When I discovered this critical oversight, I immediately contacted them to fix the situation. Instead of helping, they refused to cancel or modify the booking. Now we're stuck with expensive, unusable tickets, were stressed and worried. We had to scramble to make new travel arrangements at the last minute, costing us thousands of extra dollars. The agency's response to this crisis has been appalling - no accountability, no solutions offered. Esp. Kaajal Arora and Kumar verma and These people were so rude to me . So unprofessional. I'm sharing this to warn others: DO NOT trust this agency with your travel plans. They either don't know basic international travel requirements or deliberately withheld this information. Save yourself the heartache and financial loss - stay away from this travel agency. 1 star - would give zero if possible.
