The worst
I have been shopping at this Tesco in Phisboro for over twenty years, always the same location, and I am genuinely shocked by the behaviour of many of the staff working there. The level of rudeness is unbelievable. Some employees openly use foul language, make insulting comments, and behave in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way toward customers. It is honestly disgraceful. What makes the situation even worse is that some staff members make comments about customers in their own language while people are shopping. Unfortunately for them, I can understand what they are saying, and the things being said about customers are completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This is clearly not just an issue with individual employees — it reflects a serious management problem within this Tesco. The manager should take responsibility and properly investigate what is happening in this store, because the atmosphere and level of customer service have become absolutely shameful.
