They're just a overpriced scam....
Just booked a trip from Vienna to Budapest through this company. They don't tell you that they're a 3rd party vendor and they buy the tickets from the train company double the price then turn around and charge you a "service fee" which they don't specify how much it is exactly. Instead, they hide under the processing fees, taxes and service fees header which you can't see a breakdown for. It's not until you purchase the ticket that they put at the bottom of the receipt that the purchase was tax exempt... So essentially everything you paid under the processing/service/taxes section is just money you're giving directly to the company. I would have no issue with it if you could make an informed decision, but they hide everything until the end and when you request a refund, they'll give it to you(depending on what fare you bought) minus the fees. Side note, if you end up buying one of the more expensive fares that allow you to pick a seat they don't even give you the option to pick your seat. Instead, they just assign you a random seat in the general section that you booked Update: Elizabeth from customer service reached out to me via email expand their pricing and service fee structure and was able to give me a refund for the service fees that they charged(which was almost the cost of a ticket itself). Thus I'm increasing my previous rating from one star to three stars
