In for the long run
I have re ordered Lignosus because it's the only thing I've found that helps me. After years of choking, snoring (well, maybe I still snore a bit but I don't hear myself) and waking myself up due to a post nasal drip, Lignosus has actually allowed me to sleep well. It doesn't happen overnight, but with consistent use it's so much better. Meryl Reardon
