Transfer HOLDING
Was told on 4th oct that my transfer was on hold by the bank , and to wait 3-5 Working days . Keep delaying and delaying ... Until now (Friday) 1am still not yet have an answer . Only was told to check the bank balance today . What is the department doing ? Honestly . Been a customer for 5 years and This suddenly happens out of no where . Money stucked on air until dont know when .
