★☆☆☆☆ Horrible return experience — avoid if you want peace of mind I’ve been trying to return a wig I received that did not match the description or quality advertised. I followed all instructions, requested the return address multiple times, and chose the option for a full refund as offered in their policy. Instead of helping me return it, they stalled for weeks, ignored my return request, and kept offering partial compensation and discount codes I didn’t want. They STILL won’t provide a return address, making it impossible to send the product back. This has been an exhausting process and a complete waste of my time. I had to escalate it to PayPal because the seller refused to follow through. Buy at your own risk — customer service is unprofessional and evasive.
