Disastrous experience
I purchased plane tickets through this platform, and I have never had such a bad experience when booking flights. The tickets only appeared a long time after the purchase, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one was able to speak French properly. On top of that, it was completely impossible to add a checked bag: no option in the app, no answer by phone, and no response by email. As a result, I will have to pay the full price at the airport counter. It’s simply unacceptable.
