I purchased United States region Xbox Game Pass 12 month code and was sent 4×3 EU region codes. Livecards.net then refused to issue me a refund or the correct region codes. They tried to give me trial VPN to activate them, which I declined and informed them that it is against Microsoft policy and I will not chance getting banned. Livecard then tells me they have to re-sell my codes before thay can issue a refund, and it could take 96 hours! I filed disputes with PayPal and my bank and informed Livecards.net of this. They then stated that they still have to sell the codes before a refund can be issued and that they were going to charge me a 2.50 euro administration fee! These are not legit business practices. Shop at you own risk. Update: Here's the order#26854758070 for you. I was also unable to post any negative reviews on Livecards.net Facebook page which keeps giving me an error. It seems pretty strange that the FB page is 100% while their Trustpilot review is so much lower. Seems like keeping negative reviews off their social media is easier than just providing correct products or refunds.
