BAD EXPERIENCE
I placed my order on 30th Sept, today is 10th October AND I STILL HAVE NO UPDATE REGARDING MY PICKUP DATE. MY I emailed them a few times regarding the update, but only after a week i received an email to update that the device i order which is IPHONE 16 PLUS IN PINK is not in good condition so they offer an "upgrade" device. After i fill in the acceptance form and wait till 3 working days, still no response from email and whatsapp. and the only update I get every single time is “we will keep you updated” and “we have informed the team to expedite your order”. This has been ongoing for almost TWO WEEKSSSSSSSS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I follow up again today, but RECEIVED NO REPLY AT ALL on their Whatsapp and email since 8am. I think they so busy to reply all PROBLEMATIC ISSUE FROM THEIR SIDE. If you cannot do the service then stop. Such a lousy service and bad experience. I will post it on my social media and surely share this bad experience to my followers.
