I ordered a nightwing costume on September 27th and got a confirmation email for my order but that’s it. I emailed them and sent them a message on WhatsApp. I’ve heard nothing from them. Need this costume before Halloween and thought ordering a month early would be enough time. But I’m starting to think I need to ask for a refund and order from somewhere else. Because I’ve heard nothing from anyone from the company.
