No Proof of Refund and Terrible Customer Service
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I requested a refund from this company, and the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Communication vague, and unhelpful — I had to keep chasing for updates just to get basic information. What’s worse, they never provided any proof that a refund was actually processed. I was given empty assurances to wait for the bank for 7-14 days but no evidence — no transaction record, no confirmation, nothing. It feels like the company doesn’t take customer concerns seriously. Their so-called “refund process” seems more focused on avoiding accountability than solving problems. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, honesty, or basic professionalism.
