If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived there was a smell on the dress and a black mark. I contacted their customer service and was told they can refund me £15.00 considering the dress is defective. I asked for a return label to send the dress back and was told I need to pay to return the dress and once the dress had arrived in China I would be refunded for the dress and not the shipping fee. This company is sounding more and more like a scam. Shop at Duntery UK at your own risk.
