The help was great at first and when flight went bad. Couldn't get ahold of anyone
The help was great. Had so much trouble traveling home with flight. Was stuck in airport for two days. Customer service called and said nothing was wrong with our flight home, and they were so wrong. Couldnt get ahold of anyone, and American Airline staff were horrible. Are next rip were will just drive.
