Potensic, a noteworthy drone manufacturer!
I bought a "Potensic Atom SE" as my first drone. It is a quality product with a low price point. A well crafted entry level UAS. I have been flying it for a while and at one point it malfunctioned. Don't get me wrong all drones have a possibility to malfunction, but how the company handles customer service is worth mentioning! Potensic Customer service is very good! I contacted them to help me with info on how I could repair the drone, and after a few rounds they decided to help me by sending me a new one to replace the malfunctioned little machine. All I got to do is send back the malfunctioned drone. So I did and the replacement arrived and I can fly again. They are very helpful and make the effort to take care of their customers. Way to go Potensic!
