9Absolutely disgusting I had booked a few months ago to go to hailstead in Essex I chose the accommodation through choosing this app to found out the accommodation did not have me booked for the weekend I was going. Now the place I was booked out now are fully booked. But this app I booked it from took my payment from me and confirmed all my booking and gave me my reference number. When calling then they were very unless helping as there app went down. I will never book again with them and just to let anyone that is booking make sure you check if your actually booked where your meant to be going. I found out a week before I was going now I waiting for refund and had to pay for another place holiday express which I now know I definitely booked with them. So please be aware anyone booking with this app
