I called to check on my Lendly credit line approval after no correspondence a couple of days upon submitting requested info and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from Keerey. He listened attentively without interrupting, even though I had a low-moderate to say. There was a callback verification in lieu of my circumstance. Afterwards, we even had a nice conversation about our shared Southern roots -- I had relocated from Charleston, South Carolina, and he's from Georgia. Keerey's tone was balanced -- not too formal or overly friendly, just the perfect mix of courtesy and helpfulness. I truly wish more customer service representatives were like him. This was an outstanding first-time experience with Lendly, and I'm sincerely grateful for the opportunity and the excellent support.
