iCloud to Android feature should be changed to "iPhone to Android"
They advertised iCloud to Android. I thought it would work without an iPhone (my iPhone is bad, so I got an Android). I paid for the subscription, only for the app not to have that feature. Worse, there is no customer service to speak with, just a bot that repeats the same answer. Refund remained pending for days, then eventually closed. No contact phone to call, nothing!
