I am so disappointed in the support
I am so disappointed in the support. I love the ring but it just stopped connecting some time ago. I have tried to work with the support bot but it keeps telling me to run the same tests over and over. I need a replacement and there is no live person with whom to speak. Great ring, horrible support.
