Need to improve drastically
Order BTM2025#78155: Payment process through Coinbase payment option was slow and difficult. Bt miner kept asking for transaction ID from Coinbase. If your Coinbase account isn't a merchant account it is not available most of the time. After BT Miner received bad initial review I got an email from mollpbt-miners.com demanding to change my review after changing the order status to processing. Order has not changed since October 13 and it is now October 21. Need to improve payment process and logistics drastically if they want to retain customers. I don't know if I will receive my order at this point. I will purchase from the manufacturer directly instead of BT Miner in the future.
