This company is a scam. The hair is terrible quality colour green not blonde. They want you to return item Pay fee and customs over $40 USD The cutomer service is terrible!!! They will not pick up item at CHinese customs as the hair quality is shit!! They will NOT refund they try to send replacement not give money back!!! I lost $200 USD ****Buyer Beware*****
I purchased hair extension T8/60 which was a faulty colour and they admitted it was a faulty batch. The packaging was lovely but the hair was poor quality and green grey tinge not as advertised. After many emails they agreed I should send it back to a Chinese address. The post office said a lot of chinese companies do not collect from customs when you return. I have very bad experience with chinese sellers they never do the right thing. They try to negotiate and not give you full refund. So I sent back as requested and then also went to paypal. Paypal wanted me to send to a different address in America but I could not as already sent to address Yilite told me and declined refund. Told me I have to get back from company as sent to their address. What is the point in buyer protection. I paid a lot of money. I followed the process sent it back and now have no goods and no refund. Very bad service and poor quality. BUYER BEWARE do not purchase from YILITEHAIR .
