He really listened to me and made sure to never lock in my rate until I gave him the go-ahead, which I truly appreciated. Whenever a small mistake happened, he was quick to apologize and correct it without hesitation. He’s very knowledgeable about his field and took the time to educate me on things I didn’t know, which made the process much smoother.
