MISSING TORQUE CONVERTER
We as TL MOTORS Ordered an Automatic Transmission for a 16 BMW X5. We received the A/T on time and in good packing, but it was missing the Torque converter, I called the customer care without response for several time. I called the sales as a new customer and asked for the same A/T and checked for the torque converter the sales rep. confirmed it should come with torque converter, then I asked for the price of the torque converter he stated that Reman Trans. do not sell it alone.
