I had a terrible experience with ULEFONE. I will never buy anything from this company again. They don't solve their problems and their customer service is terrible, the worst. On 09/09/2025, I bought an Amor 34 pro 5G for almost $600. They sent it through a courier company I had never heard of (OnTrac). It turns out that they marked the package as delivered on 09/18, but I never received anything. I called the courier hundreds of times, but they didn't answer my calls. I sent them lots of text messages and they just told me they would get back to me. I sent about 18 emails telling them I wanted them to open an investigation into who supposedly delivered the package because in the proof photo there was a package lying on the grass with no houses around it, i.e., in an empty place. For a month, I contacted ULEFONE to ask them to please recover the package from the courier company they chose to ship it, because I couldn't do anything else. They just replied, “You have to contact OnTrac because they have to give you a refund” (seriously). They never understood that OnTrac never wanted to fix anything. They ship their packages with companies that steal things (because I've seen the reviews of Ontrac) and they are terrible, and ULEFONE did not take responsibility with the excuse that their proof was that it said the package had been delivered. I lost a lot of money and a lot of time with this company, and I hope that no one buys anything from them and that the same thing doesn't happen to them as happened to me.
