Not as fast, buggy web and useless app
Bought Mobile Legends diamonds. Said to be instant but doesn't receive it. The buyer protection happened to be just 12 hours. I ordered it around midnight at 23.30 and by the next day when I checked during lunch time it have already been marked completed by the system. The protection should at least be active for 24 hours instead of 12. Have to contact the support by email because of that, luckily their response is actually very quick. In under 10 minutes my support email is replied to and after several mail exchange they managed to get the seller to send my diamond. Web app did not keep sessions well and their navigation is weird and broken. And their mobile app on android? Yeah. Totally useless. It is just a webview wrapped app, not even a native android app at all. No navigation, no login button at all. It even still shows "Get it on google play" banner. Gave the app 1 star on google play, developer just replied "1. Clear your browser cache before logging in. 2. Login using different browser or device". Are they even developer at this point? I pointed their app didn't work (the button is not there) not asking on browser issue. Nevertheless I gave them benefit of doubt and cleared my app and browser cache. As unimpressed as I am, it expectedly did not work as the button is still missing. And for number 2, yeah I know it works if I use different browser and device, that is the reason I gave 1 star for the app in the first place. It worked only on browser, not the app 💀. I have mixed feeling about buying here. If you are looking for quick topup just go to codashop and save yourself the hassle I guess.
