Complicated delay tactics
After following a complicated link to pay and having the money taken, they contact me to say they need me to CALL them on discord before the service will begin. The website said it could start within a few hours, and yet support was not available to "start". I asked for a refund and was directed to the discord again, only to recieve a message about them being Junior Manager and not being able to help with my request. That they would get back to me. They never did. Constant delay tactics. I have never had to verbally speak to somebody on discord to recieve a service, and even if I did, I doubt I would have recieved it. I am opening a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
