I can't praise Baolau highly enough. From the first experience booking on their website, so simple and easy. Accepts international credit and debit cards with no problem. When I had to make a change (lower berth to upper berth on a Thai sleeper train) they handled it quickly and happily, with no charge. I had several more questions leading up to the trip, and they answered promptly and happily every time. Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced in the travel industry these days! Love Baolau, can be relied upon, and will always recommend them if you're needing a booking agent.
