Same experience as others- scam!
Same experience as others. Ordered an advent calendar as a gift expecting it to ship per the website. A few weeks go by, nothing. Can’t track because it requires a username and password, which I never had the opportunity to create. Email address in order bounces back. Find another email, they tell me the item is out of stock and will take 7-12 to restock, then after it ships it will be another 10-18 days to receive. I told the that would not work and to cancel my order. They ask me to exchange for something else or in the alternative they will give me a TEN PERCENT refund, which is laughable. Had to initiate chargeback with my credit card
