Nillkin's super after-sales service
Got a Nillkin Carboprop Kevlar Magsafe case for my Xiaomi 15 Ultra and I loved the features, especially the lens cover that doubled as a stand for the phone as well. Magsafe strength is good, not too overpowering. However, I did face an issue where part of the lens came off a few months in, probably because of weak glue, or I just pushed too hard trying to open it. Despite this, Nillkin's warranty service is great, offering to replace my case with the same model for free. They even agreed to replace it with a different model that I requested, the one with a solid lens. Really recommend them for quality cases at a great price!
