Not Great, Not Terrible
The platform is quite decent overall, offering a smooth payment gateway, instant key delivery and all that, essentially everything you'd expect from a, supposedly, reliable marketplace. HOWEVER Out of the four orders I placed, only one went through successfully, while the other three turned out to be either defective with invalid keys or complete scams. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that these 'sellers' refused to issue a refund and insisted for me to try another (equally invalid) key, relying on random luck that somehow one would stick or they were likely counting on relentless frustration to eventually compel me to forfeit the money. I might have left a more positive review had the customer service done their job, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Instead, they ignored my ticket completely without any response, leaving me to deal with the scammers on my own for weeks, going back and forth with their fake-ass codes until they finally gave in and I got my store credit. Frankly, I'm extremely disappointed. I genuinely believed I had stumbled upon another fantastic marketplace where I could place repeat orders for years, and it seemed so initially, but sadly it wasn't meant to be. After my credits run dry I don't think I'm going to spend another dime on this place anymore. 2/5
