Verification Hell
Wow, I’ve had a long career of social casinos and this one takes the cake for most strenuous verification process. Did the KYC verification, sent them all personal information needed (bank statement, ID, debit card) They have cancelled my redemption request at least 4 times over the last week saying “I’m not properly verified” they are asking for a bank statement that won’t exist till the end of the month. It’s torture trying to get a hold of someone on customer support that will give you answers that you actually need. Stay clear away if you are looking for a casino that will be an easy verification process and if you are actually looking to redeem. I’ll give an update as this situation progresses
