payid payment error
I use payid (Australia payment ) to make payment but payid always hold up transaction to new receiver for 24 hours while traveloka time limit is 2 hours. Your FAQ says if payment is pending, contact bank to approve the payment, I follow exactly the same thing but my account is deducted the fee but reservation is cancelled. I also follow FAQ to contact Customer Service but it has been 8 days with many times of calling and emails case number 44811165 but the only answer I get is waiting for investigation and keep waiting, Traveloka will progress further once receving the fund ( payid payment often arrives instantly after approval ). Maybe this is the last time I use traveloka. Your payid payment method is very confusing and not clear enough about potential issues and I'm sure I'm not the only case. Please fix it as it causes tons of frustration and you're losing your customers
