The Shop Idora has the worst service I have ever had in my life . The order came for several months late and completely damages and broken into a small pieces , the package did not have any protection. My order number 104930000003528 , the order was placed on October 2025 . I was informed by a customer service that I should received a trucking number with the replacement order , however I never received a replacement order as well as a tracking number .
