DO NOT ORDER - horrible customer service and no product as described
Order a very cool blazer/jacket on Aug 14. Promptly received order confirmation, then....nothing. Emailed multiple times. Nothing. FINALLY after two months, I found a link to a chat (phone number is China only). Finally got an agent on chat who told me, "Oh, that item is out of stock"?!?! really? two months to tell me it was OOS? Couldn't have emailed that little tid bit the day I ordered it? or shortly there after? Asked for refund - they countered with a but 10% discount on another item? LOL again - "give me my money back" - again "how does 25% discount sound"...this went on and they finally sent me money. two months and a LOT of frustratoin.
