EaseUS don't have 24/7 technical support.
You claim to have 24-hour technical support available, but this is false. When I requested a licence reset, you took you over 12 hours to respond to my email. You said that you would contact the vendor and that I should try using the same licence again after several hours. I couldn't work for 24 hours.
