I'm still debating if I made the right choice. I loved the design online but once I personalized it with my choice of fabric and padding, it just doesn't look or feel as nice. (And this is even after going to the in-person showroom) I'm also disappointed that I was sold on the fabric being cat scratch resistant and almost immediately it's been snagged in multiple places. My order was also a few weeks late in being delivered after already waiting numerous months. Overall, I'm happy to have a new couch, just not sure it should've been this one.
