Beware Before Subscribing
I am extremely disappointed with LAGOFAST. The program is poorly optimized and causes my internet to lag. I subscribed for the first time and was not satisfied. After my subscription ended, they charged me again, claiming it was a subscription renewal. I contacted their support via email to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but it has been 5 days, and I have received no response. Their customer service is extremely poor, and overall, my experience has been very negative. They respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, making it seem like they care about their customers and trying to gain your trust to subscribe. However, the positive reviews are all fake accounts, and they will not provide what you actually need. I strongly advise against subscribing. The website feels untrustworthy, and I am concerned they may charge me again, which may force me to change my card.
