Missing delivery of my umbrella
I´ve ordered our umbrella incl. base together. You shipped them in two separate consignments. Base arrieved within 2 days! Absolutely a great performance. The umbrella has not been arrived yet. By checking with UPS the shipment has been postponed day by day. Several promissed to sent it by a specific date has not been seen. This morning I received again a new arrival date within today. Let´s see. I am disappointed in the way of how your service provider is performing in this moment.
