Mooyius is a company based in China…
Mooyius is a company based in China that is deceitful, unprofessional, and a total scam. Here’s why you should stay far away: The sizing chart is inaccurate and misleading; items arrive one or two sizes larger or smaller than described, making them unusable. They promise a 14-day return policy with no hidden fees, but fail to disclose that you must pay expensive return shipping back to China yourself. Product quality is extremely poor — cheap fabric, bad craftsmanship, and completely different from the pictures on their website. Customer service is disrespectful and unresponsive. They ignore refund requests, delay responses, and often lie to customers. Many buyers, including myself, have had orders delayed for weeks or never arrive at all. They withhold refunds and refuse to issue them even when products are returned. Reviews online and on Trustpilot confirm this is a pattern of dishonest, fraudulent behavior. This company is a consigner of stolen or counterfeit goods and likely misuses your personal data. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and wasted money — Do NOT buy from Mooyius. They are liars, deceivers, and con artists exploiting online shoppers.
