Misleading, product is not in a format you can easily use.
This company deliberately sells you a product knowing full well that its not easilyused without extra programs to download. Its very misleading. Do not purchase! I had reached out multiple times and was basically told to bad so sad. The format you use is a joke. Again they will debate you but still don't take accountability that they are selling you a useless product unless you download other products to even use what you purchased. Its still a scam to take advantage of people. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Jon and RJ are both crafty with their words but are still scam artists. If you guys only worked this hard at making a product that worked. Again trash product with only the goal of ripping people off. I got all day boys!!! Now the company is disputing i even ordered from them to have my review removed so they can keep scamming people. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
