Return service is tricky, products are ok.
They have well designed, mildly sturdy products. The customer service is a bit all over. They won't directly accept a return if the package has been opened. Fortunately mine was unopened and sealed. However, they do they ask to cover the shipping fees back to their warehouse. This would be from the UK back to China. I ended up re-selling the product privately to save time and costs. I had a second order and they didn't tell me my product was out of stock until I checked in with them 3 weeks later. Only for them to offer me an alternative colour I don't want. They also consistently respond within 1-3 working days even if you reply to the email straight away.
